Breakdown of Fees (Counselors)

Could you please provide me with a detailed breakdown of the fees I need to pay and the corresponding due dates for each payment? 

(NOTE: this post is applicable ONLY for Counselors hired through Camp Connections.)

The only fee you will need to pay is the visa application fee of $185.00. Max from Camp Connections will be in touch to let you know when this will be due.

Under the bottom section called “Other Program Costs”, what you should note:

Roundtrip Airfare:       paid by Camp Counselor, depends on carrier

Housing:                    $0

Transportation:            $0

Meals:                        $0 (meals are provided by camp, outside of camp you pay for your own meals. Most people use pocket money for things like this.)

Cultural Activities:      $depends (Most people use pocket money for things like this; we will try to organize free things to do as well.)

Arrival Funds:            $0 - Except for snacks/things while travelling, we will provide transportation from the airport to camp, so no money is needed. You might want to buy things upon arrival, but most people use pocket money for things like this.

Emergency Funds:     $depends – While we would expect your visit to be free from emergencies, it would be logical to have money available in case of crisis.
